Ms. Goodness Alabi is an International Business Development and Global Trade Facilitator with a strong focus on trade education, facilitation, promotion, and the mobilization of foreign direct investment.

She currently serves as the Head of Programmes and Trade Missions at the World Trade Center (WTC) Abuja and as the Country Representative for Nigeria at the Centre for International Trade Development (CITD) – Miami, Florida. With over five years of progressive experience in international business development, trade facilitation, and strategic stakeholder engagement, she has successfully mobilized and led business delegations to Ghana, India, Turkey, France, China, and the United States, securing high-value partnerships and driving impactful outcomes for economic development.

Goodness is recognized for designing and delivering high-level trade programmes that connect African businesses to global opportunities while advocating for youth-led participation in international trade. She has anchored and spoken at major international engagements, including at the World Bank and the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA), where she has contributed to global trade conversations, youth empowerment, and next-generation trade dialogues.

Beyond her corporate role, she is the visionary founder of Next Gen Talks—an initiative designed to equip African youth with the tools, knowledge, and opportunities to participate meaningfully in international trade and leverage access to global markets.

A confident communicator, public speaker, and natural connector, Goodness has anchored high-level events, facilitated B2B and B2G engagements across embassies and diplomatic missions, and represented Nigeria and WTC Abuja at diplomatic and multilateral trade platforms. Renowned as a trade connector, youth advocate, and thought leader, she continues to advance Africa’s participation in the global economy by empowering SMEs, youth entrepreneurs, and local businesses to scale internationally.
